Our faculty has a quality management approach that includes internal and external stakeholders in education-training, research-development and social contribution activities, uses resources effectively, and adopts the philosophy of continuous improvement by adopting a participatory management model and continuous improvement as a principle. In this direction;
- The academic and administrative staff and students of our faculty take an active role in the maintenance, improvement and development of quality assurance processes,
- Involving our external stakeholders in quality processes to develop education curricula and produce projects in line with social needs in the field of health,
- Establishing a transparent and open evaluation mechanism that can be monitored, measured and presented to the information of internal and external stakeholders in the quality assurance system in the education-training, research-development and social contribution activities of our faculty,
- Effective utilisation of existing resources and development of facilities and capacity,
- Continuous improvements are made by applying the Plan, Implement, Control and Take Measure (PDCA) cycle.
